The Sanctuary El Camino

Sanctuary Printshop is more than just an everyday printer. It is a creative design group dedicated to making all things as unique as possible. One prime example is the world-famous Sanctuary El Camino with its eye-catching design and on-site printing capabilities.

The El Camino Story

The Chevrolet El Camino, an infamous car/truck combo, is typically thought of as one of the most visually horrendous designs in US automoblie history. Yet, as it stands now, the Sanctuary El Camino provides both a mobile printing  solution while restoring hope in American ingenuity.

After hauling around a mobile press in the back of a pickup truck to parties and events, Sanctuary Printshop realized the need for a more refined solution. The 1979 El Camino was acquired off Craigslist in Novemeber of 2009.  After a 6 week transformation it became the creation you see now.  Including custom designed vinyl graphics, unique rims and the installation of a 14 speaker stereo system, this Camino Redux is definitely one of a kind.

Sanctuary was a welcome addition to this year’s Home Slice Carnival O’ Pizza, and with the excitement of the Camino and the on-site printing, we sold more t-shirts than we ever have! We absolutely loved being able to have more than one design for people to choose from, and the shirts all came out great …  Super cool. We will definitely ask them back next year.
