Uncle Lucius and Sanctuary: We Got Soul
Local favorite, Uncle Lucius is gaining momentum in Central Texas area. The band already has quite a respectable following, and is only attracting more fans with each stop on their tour. What these fans already know, and what many others soon discover, is that this soulful, roots rock band can put on one hell of a show. Their dynamic performances can make the most curmudgeonly codger want to get up and dance. Don’t believe me? Check them out for yourself tonight, at the Continental Club. While you’re there, check out some their shirts, which were printed by your good friends here at Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary Crew is keen on Uncle Lucius. It’s not just because the band can rock the house, but it’s also because they give the designers at Sanctuary the artistic freedom to create some awesome shirts for the band and their fans. Design whiz, Jed Taylor has just created a colorful koozie for the group, so now your favorite bev can be just as stylish as you. Look for the koozie and other Sanctuary designs next time you’re at one of their foot-stomping shows. You can catch the band on tour in and around Texas through December. You can also catch Sanctuary at First Thursday down on SoCo (by Jo’s Coffee) next week. Stop by, say hi, and check out some other awesome designs brought to you by Sanctuary.
