The Sanctuary Printshop now offers internships that will help you achieve your wildest professional dreams.  After completing one of our unique and exciting internship programs you can walk into any board room, brainstorm session, blind date, knife fight, situation room or computer-generated-quasi-reality-meant-to-turn-the-human-race-into-batteries with the confidence and knowledge that you are MORE AWESOME THAN EVERYONE ELSE*. <END SATIRICAL SECTION>

And now, THE SERIOUS STUFF: The Sanctuary Printshop internships are a continuation of the areas of training typical in college level courses, but with more real-world applications.  Each internship is an apprenticeship with training provided primarily by Jon Pattillo and Jed Taylor. The purpose of the internship is for building a portfolio of work during your apprenticeship for use in applying for jobs with other employers after college. The internship is unpaid for time spent in training.

We offer internships in the following areas:

Graphic Design:

  • Applicants need to have completed at least one semester of computer aided graphic design and/or have a beginning knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

Public Relations:

  • Applicants need to have strong written and oral communication skills

Event Promotion & Production:

  • Recommended for students seeking jobs in Public Relations, Venue and Festival management and Marketing

Social Media:

  • Applicants need to have strong written and oral communication skills.

Video Production & Photography

  • Applicants need to have completed at least one semester of Video Editing  and/or have a beginning knowledge of Final Cut Pro.
